About

The Certvera Entrepreneurship Program, facilitated by AGMEP (American Group for Managing Educational Projects), is a professional development and certification track designed to transform students into future business leaders.

It is often run as part of the “Amjaad Educational Olympiads” and is officially accredited by Certvera (USA), an affiliate of the American Group for Managing Educational Projects.

Program Philosophy: “Learning for Impact”

The program moves away from theoretical business studies to a practiced-based model. It focuses on the “Entrepreneurial Mindset”—teaching students how to identify problems in their community and build viable, scalable solutions.

Key Pillars of the Program

The curriculum is typically structured around four core modules:

1. Ideation & Opportunity Recognition:Learning how to use “Blue Ocean Strategy” to find market gaps and generate unique business ideas.
2. Strategic Planning: Mastering the Business Model Canvas (BMC), which helps students visualize their value proposition, customer segments, and revenue streams.
3. Financial Literacy: Understanding the “health” of a business, including startup costs, profit margins, and investment pitches.
4. The “Shark Tank” Challenge: The program usually culminates in a competitive pitch session where students present their projects to a panel of expert “investors.”

Benefits of Certvera Certification

Because this program is backed by Certvera and AMGEP, participants receive more than just a certificate of attendance:

International Credibility:               The certification is globally recognized, making it a strong addition to a student’s college application or a teacher’s professional portfolio.
Networking:                                     Top performers are often connected with business incubators, mentors, and successful entrepreneurs within the Gulf region.
Pathway to Olympiads:                High-scoring students in the entrepreneurship track are often invited to represent their schools at the International Entrepreneurship Olympiads hosted by Amjaad Educational Olympiads

Target Audience

Students (Grades 9-12): Focuses on career readiness and building a “founder” mindset.
Educators: AMGEP also offers a Teacher Olympia track for entrepreneurship, helping teachers learn how to integrate these concepts into their standard curriculum.
